Remedial massage
Remedial massage is a complementary therapy that aims to treat muscles that are damaged, knotted, tense or immobile. It is useful for a number of problems that affect the muscles, tendons and bones and can address a number of other injury problems such as frozen shoulder, tennis elbow, piriformis syndrome….etc.
Swedish massage
Swedish massage involves long, kneading strokes combined with rhythmic tapping strokes and a lot of soft movement. This type of massage targets the uppermost layer of muscles and aims to relieve muscle tension. The four most common strokes used are Effleurage, petrissage, friction, tapotement, vibration. Suitable for people who want to relax, with gentle pressure. This treatment can’t claim for health insurance
Reflexology
Reflexology uses gentle to firm pressure on different pressure points of the feet, hands and ears. It is a good option for those who are not comfortable being touched on the entire body.
Please book any massage type 90 or 120 minutes treatment including reflexology.
For 60 minutes treatment is not including reflexology service.
Aromatherapy
Aromatherapy massage is best for people who enjoy scent and want to have an emotional healing component to their massage. It combines soft, gentle pressure with the use of essential oils. We can create your own massage essential oil for your skin condition or preference. We recommend that you leave oil on your body for 6-8 hours as it absorbs oil through your skin to help your skin condition. This treatment can’t claim for health insurance
Hot stones
Hot stones are similar to a Swedish massage. The massage therapist will use heated stones on different parts of your body. Heat will improve blood flow, alleviate pain and relieve stress. For best results, the treatment is 90 minutes long to allow the heat on your body to heal.

Flame cupping
Cupping therapy in traditional Chinese medicine is known to help extract impurities within the body through the skin and blood. When the skin is sucked into the cups and elevated for a few minutes, the blood rises to the surface area of the skin and improves blood flow.
Before booking this treatment please ensure your skin is hair free or waxed.
A specially trained physical therapist uses a thin needle (5-10 minutes) to release muscle tightness, ease tendonitis and inflammation, it is aimed at myofascial trigger points which are hyper-irritable spots in skeletal muscles. it will improve mobility immediately and decrease pain felt within 24 hours. It may take a few sessions (once a week for 6 sessions) for a lasting positive effect.
Chair massage
We use chair massage or table massage in your office or aged care or events. It is best for people who want a quick massage that focuses on the neck, shoulders and back areas. This type of massage uses light to medium pressure. Usually a minimum of 15 minutes is needed for each person (and additional 2-3 minutes per person change).
Minimum 2 hour bookings. Please note this is not a deep tissue massage.
